Paul Mc Govern is CEO of Database Republic. He was born in Ireland and graduated from University College, Dublin, having majored in International Marketing and Finance. He was Marketing & Business Development Manager for JPS.net, one of the fastest growing ISPs in the U.S., before becoming founder and CEO of ISPtel, the international consortium of Network Service Providers based on the Ascend Multivoice Platform. ISPtel developed a gateway presence in 5 continents and over 30 countries. Paul has lectured on various aspects of Internet telephony at conferences in the U.S. (ISPCON) and in Asia (APRICOT).

Victor Gamolsky is President and CTO of Database Republic. He is Russian born, gaining a Degree in Computer Science and a Masters Degree in Physics at the Moscow Physical Engineering Institute. Victor spent several years in the Academy of Sciences of the USSR before emigrating to the U.S. in 1990. His talent and expertise as a Software Engineer and Designer brought him to KLA-Tencor, amongst others, and while becoming an expert in Oracle methodology and design, he established a reputation for providing rapid and effective solutions. In recent years, Victor has acted as a consultant on several State government projects, including ones at the Dept. of Justice, CalPERS, and the State Water Resources Control Board. He is a U.S. citizen.

Kevin Brown is a Senior Technical Leader and Strategic Analyst who, during his 30-year career in IT, has developed an international renown as an enterprise Data Modeler. He has carried out many strategic analyses in State Government agencies, including the DMV, Dept. of Justice, and the EPA Water Board. His application areas, apart from State Government, include Health, Insurance, Finance and Manufacturing, and his consultancy skills have taken him to Europe, MIddle East, and the Orient, as well as throughout the U.S.

Thomas Budd was born in the U.K., and his 25-year career in IT has taken him through several countries in Northern Europe, providing consultancy to world-class companies such as ICI, Shell, Black & Decker, and Levi-Strauss. He is a Project Manager and Strategic Analyst, specializing in function and process modeling and analysis, and whose areas of business expertise include State Government, the petrochemical industry, warehousing and distribution, insurance, and all aspects of product management and manufacturing.

Vladimir Strugatsky is a Senior Technology Consultant who has acquired an extraordinary range of expertise in database design, web applications, and system administration. Vladimir was born in Ukraine and graduated from Kharkov State University with a Degree in Mathematics. He emigrated to the U.S. in 1989, and continued his computer science studies at Stanford University before quickly establishing himself as a software design engineer and developer, notably with Apple Computers and Hewlett-Packard. He is a U.S. citizen.
